Coaching centers are concentrated in Dehradun and Haldwani, leaving thousands of aspirants in remote areas without access. UKPSC Decoded bridges that gap through digital content, comprehensive guidebooks, and an engaged community.

Founder & Mentor, UKPSC Decoded
UKPSC Decoded is founded and mentored by Bhanu Joshi — a serious UPSC/UKPSC aspirant turned educator. After coming agonisingly close in UPSC twice and clearing multiple UKPSC stages (including the Upper PCS 2024 interview), he channelled 5+ years of teaching experience at UPSC coaching institutes into building the single, updated, Uttarakhand-focused resource he wished existed when he started. Through the YouTube channel, the Telegram community and this platform, he mentors aspirants one-on-one — from strategy and answer writing to interview preparation.
